Workflow Wonders: Trinity Grammar School
Transforming critical school operations with Nintex
Featuring Mark Thompson, Business Applications Leader at Trinity Grammar School, and Gavin Adams, Solutions Architect at Synergy, Nintex Certified Partner
Established in 1913, Trinity Grammar School is a leading independent Australian school for boys. The school has more than 2,000 students, a staff of 700, and three campuses in Sydney’s inner west.
Trinity first leveraged Nintex Workflow Cloud to automate and streamline its daily attendance registration when it had to pivot to remote learning during COVID-19 lockdowns. Supported by Nintex Certified Partner Synergy, the new system was fully operational in just two days, allowing Trinity to easily capture student attendance and absences.
The school has since implemented a new solution to accurately record and process student absences, which is a critical daily operation for Trinity with an average of 140 requests each day. Student absences were previously captured manually via parent notes, emails, and phone calls, all of which had to be manually transcribed into the school’s management system.
In this episode of Workflow Wonders, Mark Thompson from Trinity and Gavin Adams from Synergy, share how they leverage Nintex Workflow Cloud to manage student absences – eliminating paper from the process and saving hours of manual data entry each week. Trinity plans to leverage Nintex Workflow Cloud and the broader Nintex Process Platform in other ways within the school and continues to work with Synergy to identify and improve their processes.
