SWU is a public university in Bangkok, Thailand, and is one of the country’s most distinguished universities. In Thailand, all public sector organisations are mandated to use the Saraban system to track and manage both internal and external documentation and communications.

Sutisa Leeanuntsaksiri, Head of University Resource Management Development Project at SWU, will share how the university adopted K2 Five to transform the manual tracking process to an electronic Saraban system, which was successfully rolled out across the organization. By digitizing the manual, paper-based process, this has greatly improved efficiencies, making it easy for university staff to easily store, search, and distribute relevant documentation and communications while ensuring compliance with government policy.
