The Ministry of Interior in the United Arab Emirates spans thousands of employees across the seven Emirates. The Ministry of Interior transitioned its manual, paper-based employee complaint system to an automated platform to provide a faster, more transparent, and more responsive employee complaint process.
The new platform – built on Nintex Automation K2 – gives the Ministry of Interior employee’s full visibility of the complaints process. It allows them to check the status of submissions, make comments, and share opinions. The complaints committee has better visibility of information to enable them to make informed decisions.
