TLC for Kids reduces manual workflows with Nintex DocGen for Salesforce
Document generation transforms the administrative ‘back end’
TLC for Kids provides various services to support sick children and their families. The organization supplies hospitals with distraction boxes for children facing stressful services, as well as “Rapid TLC Services” which support hospitalized children and their families.
TLC for Kids small staff of 24 supports these initiatives including the organization’s call center that handles incoming requests and supporter donation activities. Each request for assistance requires the creation of confirmation letters for both the child receiving the service and the healthcare professional who lodged the request.
For each request, the charity’s staff would manually update a series of Google Doc templates – a clumsy and time intensive process. As the organization was planning to grow its offerings, TLC for Kids needed a solution for document generation. The organization selected Nintex DocGen for Salesforce in early 2019 and successfully automated its patient confirmation letter process in less than 2 months.
