The Court system knew it needed to modernize the way it managed a high volume of paperwork but wasn’t sure where to start or which technology to use. i2 Management, who handles their IT resourcing, recommended using Nintex Automation K2 to digitally transform several complex manual processes using business process automation.
Bufetat developed a bespoke case management system called BiRK and integrated K2 Software to initiate and automate key processes. In total, BiRK incorporates around 35 different processes, which apply to a variety of child welfare circumstances.
Before the organization discovered Nintex [K2 Software], the routine collection and consolidation of data from abattoirs was time-consuming. The process relied on spreadsheets and documents, making it both inconsistent and inefficient. For instance, it took at least two days to combine 200 spreadsheets containing information required for the monthly contamination report alone.
Before records are created or modified in SAP, the Nintex K2 workflow uses business and technical embedded rules to ensure the data is consistent and accurate.
