About the role: 

The Program Manager, Culture & Employee Experience takes responsibility for talent programs (including, but not limited to, employee listening, recognition, inclusion & belonging and social impact) from strategy through to execution, powering an experience that drives the engagement and growth of Nintex talent.  

The person in this role has a core project and program management skillset and set of experiences to equip them to build and continuously iterate new and existing talent programs that consistently and effectively help our people adapt and evolve into a more efficient, effective organization with a world class employee experience.  

Reporting to the director (global head of culture & employee experience), you’ll serve as a centralized resource for talent programs, partnering closely across our People & Culture centers of excellence and cross-functional stakeholders. 

As a ‘go-to’ person for culture & employee experience program delivery, you will be instrumental in guiding the seamless transition from big picture to details and effective planning and communication around each to drive employee engagement. You will facilitate collaboration, effectiveness, prioritization and pace within and across the team, and beyond. 

While continuously staying on top of industry trends and talent best practices, you’ll assess and propose new programs in alignment with Nintex strategy, culture, and employee experience vision. 

Your contribution will be:  

Project Management 

  • Core responsibility for ensuring a tangible, consistent employee experience via exceptional management and delivery of programs and calendar for global employee population, with an eye for cross-cultural relevance and engaging both our hybrid and remote colleagues. 
  • Coordinate and create key workback plans and program calendar  
  • Lead delivery of culture and employee experience programs by providing project management support and developing enablement materials, key communications, and regular updates to stakeholders on progress, decisions, risks and blockers.
  • Creation of templating for smaller scale projects and ad hoc consultative support to the Employee Experience team.  
  • Conduct and document post-program reviews/debriefs for program success, including plans for future actions  
  • Champion and initiate change management best practices in program delivery 

Key program management 

  • Employee listening: Support director, leadership, and other key stakeholders (including employees) in execution of 4x annual employee engagement surveys, including survey design/development, communications support, and post-survey activation including tracking of org-wide action planning, OKR alignment, and engagement council delivery 
  • Recognition: Manage and innovate existing recognition programs and platform to amplify engagement, optimize efficiency and global consistency, and drive a culture of feedback and recognition at Nintex
  • Inclusion & belonging: Support and connect progression and integration of inclusion and belonging across all programs at Nintex. Support management of ERG relationships and strategically align plans with team-level and org-level OKRs.
  • CSR: Manage and innovate existing social impact programs and platform to amplify volunteering, giving, and overall community engagement and impact at Nintex. 

Cross functional collaboration 

  • Cultivate and foster strong working relationships with project and initiative partners from across the business
  • Build ongoing cadence and connection with Strategic Projects/Programs Manager, Talent & Growth Team, and Employee Experience team to ensure consistency with timing, creation and delivery of programs.

To be successful, we think you need:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications or other related field of study 
  • 4-5 years of experience in program or project management, or related roles., preferably within HR or related functions.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading complex programs, preferably within HR or related functions. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage competing priorities. 
  • Creative, curious, and enthusiastic culture ambassador, passionate about employee engagement
  • Curious problem solver
  • International/intercultural personal or work experience and exposure is preferred
  • Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a bonus
