About the role:
Nintex is seeking an inspirational Workplace Experience Specialist to join our dynamic Global Workplace Experience team! Our Global Workplace Experience team is responsible for creating a “best in class” Workplace Experience by collaborating with multiple teams in Bellevue and around the globe to help support our hybrid work model, create and execute an exciting calendar of on-site employee events, manage vendor services, establish stakeholder relations, and identify ongoing opportunities for improvement. This role covers a diverse range of responsibilities and is focused on owning and managing day-to-day operations for our HQ office located in Bellevue along with supporting responsibilities for 3 smaller offices within the AMER region.
This person will be a strong Cultural Ambassador for Nintex bringing first-class hospitality and a customer-centric approach to work each day. Candidates must be able to work independently, manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. This role is multi-faceted, dynamic, and engaging; an upbeat, positive, get-things-done attitude is necessary.
Your contribution will be:
Lead efforts to elevate employees’ workplace experience by demonstrating a strong hospitality focus across a wide array of services such as: employee and guest arrival experience, local office communications, food and beverage, facility management, health and safety, employee engagement, and space planning.
Use independent judgment, proactively and efficiently manage end-to-end workplace operations, implement scalable processes and procedures, manage local office budgets, and oversee the delivery of programs and services that positively impact the workplace culture and employee productivity
- Plan and execute a variety of events to promote team cohesion and positive workplace culture, such as monthly in-office events/workshops and various cultural events throughout the year.
- Manage desk booking system for aligned locations and co-manage the facility help desk ticketing system
- Maintain and influence effective relationships with stakeholders across the org and teams across functional areas throughout the organization that effectively balance the needs of the workplace team, the office, and the business
- Communicate difficult concepts across various platforms with professionalism, creativity, and clarity in a way that effectively influences others
- Lead local Bellevue culture committee- be prepared to think big on initiatives that enhance our culture, and share insights to achieve successful organizational outcomes
- Manage strategic vendor relationships and address service concerns
- Understand FLS and compliance while adhering to local government nuances and rules & regulations
- Manage local safety guidelines to ensure a safe and secure workplace for everyone
- Support remote employees when needed, inclusive of initiating processes and policies relevant to those locations
- This role requires 4 days a week in office
To be successful we think you need:
- Strong understanding of business and cultural norms
- 3+ years of directly related work experience. Exposure to the tech/software sector is a plus.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Passion – your work matters, and you deliver it with a welcoming, positive attitude and attention to detail
- Grit – You are determined to find a solution.
- Strong team player with experience working with all levels of leadership
- Professional, collaborative, and reliable, with a genuine interest in providing excellent overall service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Proficient in MS Office Suite – Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Available to respond after hours for emergencies and occasionally work outside of designated hours as needed
