About the role:

You will be at the forefront of AI-driven technologies, particularly in the generative AI space, crafting cutting-edge solutions that drive creativity, efficiency, and value. You will be instrumental in architecting AI across our system and products and designing AI solutions that playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and services. 

Your contribution will be:

• Design, develop, and oversee the architecture of AI and ML ops across our system and products, resulting in scalable, efficient, high-quality AI-driven features. 

• Conduct ongoing research and experimentation to stay ahead of the curve in AI technologies, techniques, and best practices. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI capabilities into our product offerings. 

• Lead the evaluation and selection of AI frameworks and tools that best fit our project goals and constraints. 

• Develop benchmarks and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of generative AI models on business objectives. 

• Ensure the ethical use of AI, including addressing bias in AI models and promoting transparency and accountability in AI-generated outputs. 

• Mentor and guide team members, fostering an environment of learning and innovation

To be successful, we think you need:

• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. 

• Proven track record of developing and deploying AI models that have delivered tangible business value. 

• Deep understanding of the latest advancements in generative AI, including familiarity with NLP, computer vision, and unsupervised learning techniques. 

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on complex challenges in a fast-paced environment. 

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 

• Commitment to ethical AI principles and practices.
