The University of Jeddah, a public university in Saudi Arabia, was facing challenges in searching for a low-code and integrated automation solution. They needed to transform manual processes to intelligent, digital workflows that adhere to international standards in process engineering. September 2022 recipient: King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences (KSAU)
KSAU is a government university specializing in health sciences, it has more than 3,000 employees and roughly 10,000 students. Being fully paper-based, KSAU was facing a bottleneck when it came to their student scholarship application process. With Nintex, KSAU was able to fully automate the student clearance process with 27+ unique automated workflows increasing accuracy, efficiency, and pushing the organization onto the path of being 100% paperless.
August 2022 recipient: Sorbonne University
Sorbonne University Abu Dhabi was established in 2006 with the initiative of bringing the best international standards of higher education to the city. Sorbonne was putting strain on their human resources with their manual student clearance process. With Nintex, Sorbonne was able to fully automate the student clearance process with 50+ planned automated workflows, increasing efficiency amongst the academic, financial, and administration departments. With the help of Nintex Workflow Cloud, students were able to submit requests online and increase the level of transparency between Sorbonne and themselves.

With 10,000 employees across the UAE and a diverse range of business functions including civil engineering, building, MEP, and more, Al Naboodah Group faced a challenge when it came to achieving operational excellence. Using Nintex’s low-code/no code platform, they automated over 40 processes to resolve an expansive manual backlog of tasks. The Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group (ESAG) is one of UAE’s most eminent family businesses with 27 companies in its portfolio and over 4,000 employees, housing leading brands across wide range of industry and consumer sectors. One of the biggest bottlenecks for ESAG was the manual processing of endless and cumbersome document approvals. Nintex’s easy-to-use solution, transformed ESAG’s manual processes, significantly optimising over 70 workflows across all departments for over a decade.
The National Water Company is Saudi Arabia’s largest water and wastewater treatment service provider. Somewhere around 14,000 employees work to provide 2 million customers with drinking water. The company also collects over a billion litres of wastewater and sewage every single day, which is processed at their 6 treatment plants across the Kingdom. By using Nintex K2 Five, the Water Company revolutionized their efficiency and customer service by digitizing their paper-based processes.

The Saudi Information Technology Company (SITE) is a national company. They offer end-to-end, secure-by-design digital services and cybersecurity solutions to protect the Saudi Arabia’s critical digital assets.
SITE is using the Nintex Platform throughout their entire workflow automation initiative starting with understanding their current processes, identifying areas for more efficient automation, and implementing automated workflows and forms that deliver outstanding user experiences to their customers.
